" We contacted Big Paws Little Paws as our beloved dog, Max, needed safe and comfortable transport to the vet one last time.  We've had a horrible few weeks facing complication after complication with Max's health, but contacting Big Paws Little Paws was a sound decision.  Gareth was available to bring him to the vet, no problem, and enquired if we had considered "what next?" after Max's suffering had ended.  I had a couple of phone numbers, but nothing was set in stone yet.  Gareth was able to get everything set up for us - transport to the vet, transport to the crematorium, any special requests, trinkets, etc and transport back home to us.   It has made this difficult journey a little less stressful to be able to delegate so much of the arrangements to Big Paws Little Paws.  Thank you again. I hope it's awhile before we need your services again, but I will definitely recommend you to anyone that might be needing pet transport or more."

 "Just over a couple of weeks ago my best mate Marley a 13 year old Springer had to be put to sleep, I contacted this company and spoke to Gareth, initially to book the pet ambulance to take Marley to the crematorium, after talking to Gareth I decided I would use Gareth , he came to my house and took Marley in his ambulance, sorted the cremation out and returned his ashes . At a time when I was absolutely in bits , Gareth was absolutely amazing, I can’t thank him and his company enough, I really can’t , So in your time of need , sadly it will come, give them a ring, you will be amazed at their tentative/professional service as was I , again a MASSIVE THANK YOU"
